Commission T.O.S
-Do Not use my artwork or anything you have bought from me in any ai program. not even personal use, that is breaking my t.o.s. if I find out that you have, you will be immediately added to my blacklist.
Just because you bought the commission doesn't give you the full right to use it. as stated below.-I have the right to deny your commission.-Pay must come first before I start, payment plans are accepted for commissions over $50-Refunds are available if I have not started your commission,Fail to follow this you will be added to my blacklist.-Please be patient, they take time and I want the best for you and me. I stress easily, overpressure, and tend to overwork myself, I do send wips in progress to ensure everything is right.-You MUST have a clear reference sheet of the character you would like drawn, a description of a character will not be accepted, however, pony town sprites are accepted but there not going to be 100% accurate.-Please understand that I have medical problems in my everyday life, and drawing causes me pain over time. So it will take longer the bigger the commission.-If you do wish to have a refund but you do not valid for it(as in I've already started on it), you are however allowed to trade in the said commission for something else, as in changing it to something different that's the same value, or you can gift it to someone else.-Understand that I am allowed to use the art that I have made for my personal being, I have the right to use the artwork as examples for my commissions, I will not make any money off that said drawing.-You are not allowed to use the artwork for self-worth, DO NOT resell the work on anything like shirts or prints, you are only allowed to get the artwork printed for yourself and yourself only. Just because you paid for the commission doesn't mean you have full rights or ownership of the work, failed to follow this rule you will lose your rights to the artwork and be placed on my blacklist.-If you want to share the artwork please give proper credit back to me by saying any of my socials. Failing to do so will lose your right from commissioning me and be placed on my blacklist.-Please respect my rules and t.o.s, failing to do so will cause you to be added to my blacklist.

Custom T.O.S
-DO NOT resell the character right after you got it. You MUST keep it for at least a full 3 months.-Do not redesign the character right after you got them.-DO NOT resell the character for a higher price than what you paid for unless you have the art of that such character. Gift art doesn't add to the value.-Please have at least $30 or 3,000 points extra for the customs, Half of the payment is paid before I start, then the rest after I finished. Failed to have the amount you will not receive the custom, I will, however, wait 2 weeks before doing so. If you have not paid the last half of the payment before 2 weeks, I will be putting the character up for sale.-No Refunds are allowed even after the character is finished.-Failing to follow these rules will result in you being put on my blacklist and no longer being able to order anything.-You are allowed to get NSFW artwork of the finished character-Please make sure that the base of your choice, if you order one, that the base allows it, please do not send me Pay To-Use bases, that either you bought or someone else did for you. If there is a Pay To Use base that I have you want I will use said base. Please respect the rules of bases. I also have a few bases I have made myself you can pick from as well, just ask. Failed to follow this rule you will end up being blacklisted from ordering any future customs.

-I now only do holds for 3 weeks, for paid ones. and only 4 weeks for art payment ones.-Character trades are welcome but I am a VERY picky person.-The character does not belong to you until I get my payment. and that can either be by Paypal, da points, amino coins, or art.paypal>da points>art>amino coins-Once you own the character you are allowed to change the character some, but please at least keep it somewhat looking like the original one so I can tell who they are.-DO NOT resell the character for a higher price than you paid for them UNLESS you have the art of that such character, other than that they have to be sold for either the same price or lower regardless if they have a redesign. Gift art does not add value.-If the character has $ that means I want it for money ONLY. Unless there's another option on it. Other than that please don't try to offer on them.-Failing to follow these rules will result in you being put on the blacklist and no longer allowed to buy my adopts.-You are allowed to get NSFW artwork of the finish character

VRchat Retextures
-Understand that i'm still very new to doing retextures, and that this is still a work in progress for me and things are subject to change as time goes on!-When ordering a retexture, their are a few ways they can be ordered.
1. Redesigns/update textures: you can have me update or redesign your current textures.
2. Full custom with textures: if you don't have a already made character, you can order this way to get a custom done on a base first before i move onto textures. This gives me something to work off.
3. Normal textures: If you already have a reference sheet of the character you want the textures to go off this is also another way.-If you own the model you wish to be retextured but i don't, I DON'T CHARGE EXTRA, if you can simply send me the substance files over to me and i'll work on those. Unless the model maker says in their TOS that both parties must own it, then i sadly have to charge extra to cover the model.-If i already own the model myself, then you don't need to worry about anything, unless the model maker says both parties must own it as well, then that is your own doing to buy the model yourself as well. I will not buy the model for you, i'm simply only doing retextures.-I WILL NOT UPLOAD AN AVATAR FOR YOU! I will refuse to accept the full model, upload it to unity and then your account.-My finished textures shall not go under drastic changes once i have sent over the files back over. I don't want to see hours of my work to just simply get over ridden, please don't do this. Some changes are fine but at least let me be able to notice it.-Finished retextures will be sent back, as in the full substance files of the textures, and also flat pngs.-Changes can be made during the process of me working on the retextures, I will send often wips to ensure things are going perfectly, but once the textures are finished and have been sent over, I will not work on them again unless you pay an extra $10 last minute change fee.-Please understand that I am working off a 9 year old gaming laptop, and that working on textures can be a pain for me sometimes. There for i often run into problems. I also use two programs as well, between Substance Painter and Paint Tool Sai v2 for finer details.
